Brechin Hardware is truly a gem in our community! It’s a great place to shop for everything you need for your house, garden, and more. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely care about their customers. A few years ago, I had a bad experience at a big box store. I had placed a large order — toilets, faucets, fans, and a few other heavy items. When I went to pick it up, the staff there was unhelpful and expected me to load everything myself. I was so frustrated that I left the order behind and walked into Brechin Hardware instead. I shared what had happened, and to my surprise, not only did they help me with the order, but they were also kind enough to deliver everything right to my front door. That level of service is rare! Just today, I called Hailey to ask if she could set aside six bags of mulch for me. Even though she said they had plenty in stock, she still made sure they were ready and on hold — because she cared. Yes, sometimes shopping at small businesses might cost a little more, but the service and support you get are worth it. Let’s keep supporting our small-town shops — they truly make a difference!
The counter staff in this store really know their products I was super impressed. The loading areas in the back are manned by really helpful loaders. You might have to look around to find somebody to process your order as in the shipping area it looks constantly busy.
Came in to buy 700$ worth of wood. The young male in the back was very rude. Telling us they close in 15 minutes and he has somewhere to be.. we shouldn't come so close to closing and huffed and puffed the whole time he was helping load the wood into my van.
Great local building supply store. They have almost everything you’ll need to build or renovate your home. Prices are always fair. Jody and Scott are super friendly and helpful , I highly recommend this business……….
Came up from Trenton on our way to gravenhurst stopped in for a load of lumber everyone was very helpful and courteous would highly recommend this place thanks so much.
